Tepanyaki restaurant is always great! Chef always performs while they are cooking. I'm working at Tepanyaki restaurant, so I know about that. I'm not Tepanyaki chef. I'm woman sushi chef, but if you have schedule to come to Washington, D.C, I want you to visite my restaurant. And come to meet me, too. (^3^)

I agree, anyone who throws sharp objects or fire into the air and catches it without causing bodily damage is truly a maestro! But here is the real question. Have you ever or would you ever try the Japanese delicacy "Puffer Fish"? I personally lack the gonads to do so:-)
