Ca me rapelle nos repas du dimanche avec la famille. Quand on etait petit, on etait toujours emmerveillé quand le cuisinier mettait le feu sur les crevettes et qu’il jonglait avec ses couteaux.

It takes me back to our good old family reunions on sundays. We as child used to be amazed when the chef would set fire to the shrimps and throw his knives in the air…

I agree, anyone who throws sharp objects or fire into the air and catches it without causing bodily damage is truly a maestro! But here is the real question. Have you ever or would you ever try the Japanese delicacy “Puffer Fish”? I personally lack the gonads to do so:-)

Tepanyaki restaurant is always great! Chef always performs while they are cooking. I’m working at Tepanyaki restaurant, so I know about that. I’m not Tepanyaki chef. I’m woman sushi chef, but if you have schedule to come to Washington, D.C, I want you to visite my restaurant. And come to meet me, too. (^3^)
