Second city I visited in Brasil is Goiania, home of my friend Gisele Otoni and the Cooper dancas. It’s just 2 hours drive away from Brasilia the federal capital but definitely with a hotter weather.
This city was built 30 years ago and is essencially based on the farming economy, very nice city.
I had a dinner with Gisele before the show and she told me the whole story of her town and how she and others help zouk get an identity in Brasil…

La deuxieme ville que j’ai visité au Bresil c’est Goiania, la ville de mon amie Gisele Otoni et des Cooper Dancas. C’est à peine à 2 heures de route de Brasilia la capitale federale mais avec un temps bien plus chaud.
C’est une ville qui a été construite il y a 30 ans et avec une economie basée sur l’agriculture, tres jolie en tous cas.
J’ai dinner avec Gisele juste avant le show, et elle m’a un peu expliqué l’histoire de sa ville et comment elle et d’autres faconnent l’identité du zouk au Bresil…

A new shop openned in my parent’s commercial gallery, a wine store and more and more people go in there to do their wine shopping.
