On my way to Porto by Alpha train. I love taking the train. I take it at least 1à times a month for my shows and going back and forth from Brussels to Paris. Yeah, big time traveller, and I got all the fidelity cards. Funniest thing is most of the time, I don’t pay for these tickets, promoters do and I cash in the miles, same for the planes…
Anyway, let’s get back to our subject… Alpha train is so great. Clean, new, Tv, same toilets as the planes, control panel with speed, time, lavatory busy or not… Well, France is late on this again with their Corail trains. All that’s missing right now is a wi-fi network and u got a winner!!!
I should arrive in Porto at 10pm after a 3h trip. Just in time for soundcheck and diner for the show tonight @ club River Café.

Sur le chemin vers Porto via le train Alpha. J’adore le train. Je prend le train au moins 10 fois par mois pour mes spectacles & les allez-retours Paris/Bruxelles. ouais, un tres grand voyageur, j’ai la carte. Le plus marrant c’est que 7 fois sur 10, ce n’est meme pas moi qui paye le ticket. Les promoteurs payent mais j’empoche les miles, pareil pour l’avion d’ailleurs…
enfin, revenons en à notre sujet… Le train Alpha est une merveille. Tres propre, television, toilettes à air comprimé comme dans les avions, panneau de controle qui indique l’heure, la vitesse et la disponibilité des toilettes. Eh ben, la France est en retard avec ses trains Corails. Il ne manque qu’un reseau wi-fi et ils ont gagné!!!
Je devrais arriver à Porto vers 22h apres 3h. Juste pour la balance et le diner pour le show de ce soir au River Café.
